The winner of this 2023 cocoa of excellence award is Comrade Emmanuel who decided to dedicate this prestigious award to Hon Dr Edosa Richard as a show of respect and appreciation to the honourable member for his dedication to youth empowerment in area of agriculture to improve on food security and strengthen the youth for the future
The honourable member representing Oredo west thanked Comrade Emmanuel and his entourage for their effort in promoting agriculture in our state and also encourage youths to delve into agriculture in our state and by extension our country most especially this time of economic hardship to help boost the agricultural sector is the cumulative effect.
